Hi, I’m Kimberly. Currently a community based researcher, I became a full-time mom in the middle of the pandemic in 2021.

When I’m not spending time with my wonderful kid and husband, or working at my day job I love writing about my obsession with food, our family adventures, and living a healthy, fun, and somewhat chaotic life!
